Family: Tim (husband, area director for FCA), Rachel Jordan (daughter), Taylor (son) and our first grandbaby, due in Jan. 2020. Years in the Golden Isles: Total of 14 years. School: University of Georgia. Who or what inspired you to be become an interior designer: My mom. She has a great sense of style and very good taste. She really encouraged me to pursue design in college and I am so thankful I did. I love my job! Your style in five words: Personal, timeless, relaxed, elegant, classic. Favorite landmark in the Golden Isles: If I have to pick just one, it would be Millionaires Village on Jekyll Island. We love the history and the beauty that is there. We enjoy riding bikes there and love taking friends and family over when they come to visit. A local you admire: It would be my tribe, Bevie, Kimmie, Diana, Lulu, Kim, Amber and Harriet. Most have been my friends for over 34 years, and to have them to walk through this life with has been one of my greatest blessings! Share a few favorite fabric collections, paint colors and go-to items for design on the coast: I love everything Thibaut. Schumacher is a classic. My favorite go-to paint colors are White Dove by Ben Moore and Sea Salt by Sherwin Williams. Describe a perfect Saturday for you in the Golden Isles: It would be in October, hopefully cooler weather, Dawgs playing on TV, friends over to watch the game and share a meal. Dawgs win, of course.
