The ceremonial groundbreaking for the Oaks on the River Luxury Boutique Resort was recently held in Darien. The downtown waterfront project is being led by real estate developer and founder, Art Lucas. The 53-room boutique resort will offer an array of amenities. Oaks on the River Luxury Boutique Resort is scheduled to open in spring 2022.
